Bachelor's degree in a health, social services, analytics, or business. Minimum 7 years’ experience in addiction and mental health field. Proven strategic and systems-level thinking, particularly at the provincial level. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills. Advanced writing and visual presentation skills, with the ability to author formal documents and reports for various audiences. Demonstrated ability to foster a climate of cooperation amongst, and build solid relationships with, clinical and operational leaders, government, public agencies, and other partners. Practical experience in strategic planning, operational planning, program development or management, change management, quality improvement, monitoring, and evaluation. Leadership skills, including demonstrated ability and comfort with leading working groups or teams, consensus building, making decisions, problem solving and risk mitigation, coaching and teaching, and inspiring and building confidence in others. Knowledge of recovery-orientated systems of care, social determinants of health, and AHS programs and policies. Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate degree preferred. Experience working in a variety of AMH settings or with a provincial or national scope is of benefit. Strong analytic skills to critically interpret and evaluate data, and extract information from established data sources (e.g., Tableau, Power BI dashboards). Experience in economic or financial analysis, including resource planning, return on investment assessment, or benefits realization. Demonstrated clear pattern of professional development.
