Your Opportunity:

Pharmacy Services is seeking a skilled and engaging OCM/BA specialist experienced in instructional design and training content development, to join our Pharmacy Connect program. This is an exciting initiative that will transform Pharmacy Services through the implementation of a centralized distribution model for Central and North Zones. Reporting to the Director of Projects, this individual will contribute to planning and readiness activities, working in collaboration with the Program Directors, Sr OCM Lead, and project leads; they are accountable for supporting OCM initiatives, developing detailed zone-specific training plans and contributing to training content, providing zone operational teams with targeted hands-on guidance and support through the planning, implementation, adoption, and evaluation of transformational change initiatives.

Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. You will interpret client needs, assess requirements and identify solutions to non-standard issues and requests, provide advice and direction to clients, and contribute to solutions by providing input into strategy, workflows and delivery for assigned projects and programs.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent level of education and experience.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Certification in Organizational Change Management. Minimum 3-5 years of work experience specific to OCM and business analysis activities including application of core and advanced OCM strategies, tools and techniques, experience in instructional design and training content development. Competency in all core aspects and techniques of OCM and business analysis should be at a mid to senior level. Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills; ability to conduct group presentations effectively and efficiently including at the executive level. Proven expertise in engaging business, IT and other impacted parties to understand business needs at a strategic level and conducting effective impacted community elicitation activities. Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, planning and monitoring of one’s own workload. Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certificate in business analysis. Experience working in a healthcare organization of significant size/complexity.
