The candidate will have: An undergraduate degree; education and experience in project management/administration; and experience in data analysis, research, or other similar experience.
Additional Required Qualifications:
The candidate will have: highly developed skills in communication, critical and creative thinking, and connecting details to a bigger picture; demonstrated competence in managing multiple projects and the ability to conceptualize, self-manage, prioritize, and work in a fluid environment where many factors are ambiguous; an ability to communicate complex and sometimes difficult messages clearly in written and verbal mediums; a high capacity for self-direction; the knowledge and drive to not only manage projects, but also complete the tasks; and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and Visio.
Preferred Qualifications:
Clinical experience or experience in clinical settings and with clinical information systems would be an asset. Experience with facilitation may be helpful. Equivalencies may be considered.
