Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in a health services administration, business administration, health or health care management related discipline is required & Master’s degree preferred in business or health administration, analytics, or related discipline. A minimum of five years progressively responsible experience in a management, administrative, planning, analytic, evaluation, quality improvement or clinical role in an organization of significant size, complexity & diversity is required (healthcare experience an asset). A demonstrated pattern of professional development. Equivalencies of education & experience may also be considered.


Additional Qualifications:

The incumbent will possess a record of accomplishment in the following areas: Successful leadership experience in project planning, execution, reporting, monitoring & evaluation. Proven abilities in complex problem solving, concerns resolution, investigation, & negotiation. Be detail oriented & possess critical thinking skills. This position is expected to deal with uncertainty & in that, provide clarity by synthesizing & assessing corporate data & information into a format that supports effective decision making. Proven ability to work within a team as a contributing member. Ability to maintain confidentiality & work with sensitive information. Experience in initiating & fostering positive relationships & partnerships with key internal & external stakeholders. Ability to deal with highly complex or sensitive issues in a professional manner. Effective communicator with strong organizational and influential skills, client-focused orientation & commitment to providing quality services. Experience & expertise in facilitating presentations to convey information or transfer/ knowledge. Experience in leading senior level projects or teams, providing expert level analysis, & developing complex reports to disseminate results. Demonstrated ability to facilitate change. Ability to know when decisions require consultation with senior mgmt. Advanced computer skills especially in Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project & database applications. This position is a P4-2.
