Your Opportunity:
This position supports Registration desks within the Neurosciences, ENT, GI (ZLC) and Senior’s clinic portfolio and the wider KEC site. Duties include, but are not limited to, booking patients in, answering phones, confirming appointments, clerical duties, room booking allocations and payroll. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of a Unit Clerk, Medical Office Assistant Program or Medical Terminology or equivalent. Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse patient population. Ability to work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team. Must be able to multitask in a busy and fast paced environment. Ability to lift, move, push and pull office equipment and supplies. Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time and performing repetitive tasks. Basic Cardiac Life Support- Healthcare Provider (BCLS-HCP) is required.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in an ambulatory care setting. Experience with connect care in ambulatory environment.
