A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, in Human Resources, Social Sciences or Health Administration is required. Masters preferred. The candidate will have 2 to 5 years of progressively responsible experience, ideally in dealing with health care professionals, complaints or administrative law processes. An equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered. The successful candidate should have a demonstrated pattern of professional and personal development.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Excellent knowledge and proficiency with MS Office programs. Prosci Change Management Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience participating in investigation. Experience working in a hospital, clinical, or multi-specialty group setting. Ability to navigate sensitive conversations with diplomacy and discretion. Skilled in conflict resolution and active listening. Familiarity with credentialing, privileging, and Medical Staff Bylaws & Rules.
