A minimum of a related post-secondary degree in human resources, information technology, management, business administration, or related area. CPHR or other recognized designation is preferred. A minimum of 5 years in a human resources role ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity (healthcare experience an asset). A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development within analytics and creating narrative descriptions for story ‘behind the numbers’. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:
A curiosity about people and a desire to support evidence-based decision making. Understanding of both descriptive statistics and predictive statistics. The ability to balance numerous demands and diverse projects. Attention to detail.
