Graduate degree from social sciences, health sciences or other related field (or equivalent in training and experience). The candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of research and evaluation methodology. Comprehensive understanding of health sector integration within AHS. Minimum of five years’ experience in conducting research or evaluation related work. Minimum of three years’ experience within a healthcare environment is required. Proficiency in written, verbal communication and technical skills is essential. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as a team player. A valid driver’s license is required (occasional travel will occur). P4-2 Salary band $69,825 - $119,750.

Preferred Qualifications:
Professional designation from the Canadian Evaluation Society is an asset. Experience in managing complex, multi-site evaluations is preferred.
