Master’s degree in a related field, e.g., public health, psychology, biostatistics, epidemiology, or other related fields.
Additional Required Qualifications:Formal training in project evaluation and/or research methods and data analysis. Training must include a well-grounded understanding of research and evaluation methodology. A minimum of three years of experience conducting research and evaluation related projects. A minimum of two years of experience within a healthcare environment is required. Proficiency in written, verbal communication and technical skills is essential. Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods is required.
Preferred Qualifications:Canadian Evaluation Society Professional Designation is an asset.
