Required: Bachelor degree in social sciences, education, business and/or healthcare. Formal training in change management, such as PROSCI, project management, adult education. 3-5 years of progressive experience in provincial healthcare project work focused on clinical knowledge translation, stakeholder relationships, multi-faceted education and communication. Extensive experience working with healthcare clinicians, administrators and researchers in provincial change initiatives. Recent experience with clinical guideline/pathway development and knowledge translation, and healthcare provider and patient educational resource development. Excellent communication written and verbal, attention to details, organization, interdisciplinary team collaboration. Only Candidates with recent experience in healthcare project management will be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:As Required.
Preferred Qualifications:Formal training in communication. Experience with clinical quality improvement approaches and methods, evaluation approaches, and engagement. Experience with acute pain, chronic pain, surgery, acute care, or chronic disease management resources would be considered an asset.
