Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:5 years of related commercial/institutional construction project management experience with preference in hospital or healthcare facility construction and/or healthcare facility management experience. CAPM designation associated in the Building Infrastructure Industry.
Preferred Qualifications:Journeyman Trade Certificate and/or Diploma in related architecture, building or engineering technology program.
