Post-secondary education in Business, Computer Science or related discipline or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in performing such tasks as described in this job description particularly in software or reporting. 3 years’ experience with change management and implementation of workflows. 3 years’ experience in facilitation skills. 3 years’ experience in Computer System related work particular in software or business processes. Experience with Business Intelligence software, e.g., Tableau, Informatica, etc. Experience with solutions that manage information which can be collated into reports. Proven experience in delivering projects which drive significant organization change in a complex decision-making environment. Experience working in large complex matrix organizations with multi-location teams and/or multi-vendor teams.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Experience documenting non-standard requirements, with a proven ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, distinguish stated requirements from underlying true business needs, and convey requirements information effectively to stakeholders and partners. Experience in using common applications such as MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Project, SharePoint). Demonstrated “hands on” approach where necessary and ability to work independently. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and credibly. Demonstrated ability to manage / oversee multiple projects concurrently and coordinate efforts with external dependencies. Organizing projects (e.g., negotiating resources). Proven experience in the identification, management, and mitigation project risks. Facilitation skills (e.g., facilitating diverse groups to a decision or consensus). Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
