Valid 3rd Class Power Engineer Certification. 5 years experience as a chief engineer of a second-class power plant. Minimum of 5 years experience in management of staff. Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Competent in the use of a computerized maintenance management system. Competent in the development of preventative maintenance of power plant equipment and associated systems. Skilled in developing alliances with stakeholders. Change management skills. Proven success in leading a high-functioning team.
Preferred Qualifications:
10 years of experience as a chief engineer of a third-class power plant. 10 years of experience in the management of staff, 5 of which were in a unionized environment.
