Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information sciences, or related discipline or a mix of related training and experience.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in a large and complex IT environment. Minimum 4 years of operational experience in supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops version 7.x or other Application Virtualization platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a healthcare environment. Experience with Microsoft AppV, AD and GPO. Citrix and/or Microsoft related IT certification. Experience with ControlUp monitoring, XenServer Hypervisor and Citrix NetScaler is desired. Experience automating the environment using batch scripts, PowerShell, JavaScript or other relevant technologies. Experienced in mentoring junior team members, advising on budget planning, and presenting ideas to senior management
