University/College graduate with degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant software/computer related fields or equivalent. Will consider an incumbent with other education and with the aptitude to learn. Technical skills. Java, Groovy, SQL java script. Proficiency with SQL and an understanding of relational database systems. Superior communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Good exposure to object-oriented programming.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Technical aptitude. Excellent interpersonal skills Strong customer-first orientation. Demonstrated experience with clinical staff scheduling.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with staff scheduling is desired. Experience with the Infor Workforce Management Application Suite. Expertise using and managing Enterprise cloud technologies. Aptitude to learn quickly and independently. Team player with strong communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
