Your Opportunity:

As a valued member of the Asset Management Services team, you will use your conceptual and practical experience to manage, assess and report on all managed end user devices. You will investigate, diagnose, and resolve problems related to asset inventory working with other IT teams, projects and/or directly with end users. You will be responsible for the daily operations of the asset management inventory system ensuring all inventory tasks and requests are completed. Must have excellent attention to detail, time management, problem solving skills. Candidates who are client-focused with excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal) will be valued.

Description:

As an IT Customer Support I, you will provide the first level of technical support for clinical and non-clinical staff and departments. Your typical duties include receiving and handling initial helpdesk requests for IT support; responding to common requests for support as well as participating in the set up and maintenance of computer software, hardware and systems.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of certificate in Computer Support or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Prior technical computer and Microsoft Office experience mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

Related inventory experience is an asset.
