Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:5 years of relevant experience or related courses and certificates. Change Management experience. Ivanti Endpoint Manager or similar. PowerShell or similar scripting language. Extensive knowledge of the Windows Desktop Operating System. ITIL, KCS, MOF, ISO/IEC 20000, or similar certification. Virtualization Experience (Citrix, VMware, Thin Client, AppV, etc.). Tier 3 troubleshooting skills. Software Application Packaging. Microsoft Bitlocker.
Preferred Qualifications:UWM (User Workspace Manager). Modern principles of Windows o/s image design and build. SQL experience. Active Directory GPO administration. Systems Management Experience. Asset Lifecycle Management Experience (managing physical, digital, software or mobile assets). Understanding of the latest Windows Server Operating Systems and their configuration. Endpoint Security Management Tools (preferred: CISCO Secure Endpoint, Trellix (McAfee) endpoint encryption. Azure, Intune & Autopilot
