Post Secondary education in the related area or a university degree in health services administration / business administration; Minimum of 5 years related experience.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Ability to gain extensive knowledge of Alberta Health Services strategic direction, operating requirements, as well as the policies and procedures. Proven ability to work within a team as a contributing member. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience working independently within a large organization with a variety of staffing groups. Proven ability to work collaboratively with other team members from other areas of expertise, and with the senior leaders within the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Equivalencies of education and experience will be considered. Graduate degree is preferred. Additional training or experience in project management and change management would be an asset.
