Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology. Minimum of 3 years as an IT Architect. Proven experience concurrently supporting multiple initiatives across different business specialties. Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in design, development, and maintenance of IT applications. Expertise in continuous and agile / rapid delivery practices. Well organized, with a commitment to documenting accurately. Expertise with structured approach to solution and enterprise architecture design and documentation standards (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, EAP, etc.). Experience related to clinical information system design and documentation. Healthcare and technology knowledge and expertise; ability to research emerging topics.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with purchasing, especially software purchasing, including requests for proposal, contract negotiation and management for public entities. Proven expertise in engaging stakeholders to reach a shared understanding of business needs at a strategic level. Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, planning and monitoring of one’s own workload. Able to work in an organization with both direct and dotted-line reporting and peer relationships.
