Post secondary degree in a education/health services/sciences related field (i.e. Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Health Information/Informatics. Must have 5 to 10 years of experience working in education and be proficient at applying educational theories and models to solve problems at an appropriate scale. Must have 5 to 10 years experience working with multilevel and multidiscipline health care providers specifically including physicians. Additional specialized training relative to curriculum development and delivery. Broad clinical background to actively participate in multilevel clinical discussions. Expertise in curriculum and educational calendar design and promotion. Expertise in conducting needs assessments and program planning. Exceptional oral and written communication skills with advanced experience in working on cross-functional teams. Excellent computer skills including: proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, data analysis (both quantitative and qualitative), as well as an ability to learn new software and explain emergent software development needs to technical staff.
Additional Required Qualifications:Working knowledge of high technology devices such as videoconference and telehealth equipment. Knowledge of Health Information Act and Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
