Your Opportunity:

This Coordinator role within the Department of Medicine Finance team would provide an opportunity to become our department representative for all items related to physician onboarding and setup within the University of Calgary. This includes documenting and providing the paperwork for a physicians University appointment, promotion within the University ranks, and tracking any honorary statuses. The role also manages the UCMG Sabbatical application and notification process which allows our members to take sabbaticals to focus on non-clinical work.

Description:

This position is responsible for several critical Departmental responsibilities including University appointment contracting for those members requiring appointments with the University of Calgary. This position is also responsible for all promotions and sabbaticals for faculty members within the Department of Medicine. Strong interpersonal skills will be an asset as you will be working with members of the University staff on a regular basis to ensure all membership data is up-to-date and accurate.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Business or management. Experience with contracts or business documentation. Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.
