Required Qualifications:

Graduate degree from social sciences, health sciences or other related fields with formal training in evaluation design, research methods and data analysis. Ethics related training (HIA, FOIPP, ACES, ARECCI Level One, TCPS). Minimum of two years’ experience within healthcare-related settings. Progressive experience with developing, managing and conducting evaluation projects.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Ability to independently design and implement small scale evaluation projects. Experience in stakeholder liaison/relations, project management and data collection/analysis (i.e., qualitative and quantitative). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, statistical packages and spreadsheet software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Excel, ACCESS, STATA, Tableau) and/or qualitative research tools (e.g., NVivo). Strong communication skills (oral and written). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with team members and quickly adapt to changing project needs.


Preferred Qualifications:

Professional designation with the Canadian Evaluation Society is an asset.
