A BA/BS degree in Management, Education, or other master’s level education or equivalent experience preferred. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (AIW Greenbelt Certification). Minimum of 5 years in a process improvement role ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity.
Additional Required Qualifications:Previous management, teaching or project/change management experience. Strong interpersonal, communication (oral and writing), analytical and negotiation skills are essential. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools. Proven experience in implementing projects and initiatives. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, influential skills, and client focused orientation and commitment to providing quality services. A strong commitment to operating within a team environment and the ability to motivate and inspire other to achieve common goals. Ability to plan, organize and manage short- and long-term plans and projects and deliver customer-focused results.
Preferred Qualifications:Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred. Change Management Certification an asset. 3-5 years clinical or hospital operations experience preferred. Experience within Nutrition Food Linen and Environmental Services an asset. Effective project management skills.
