Completion of degree in Information Technology, Information Sciences or related health discipline and/or equivalent experience. Minimum 7 years ‘experience in information technology and/or health related discipline. Minimum 5 years’ experience with computer software and databases, with focus on business intelligence and analytics, integrated data, and complex data models. Experience in a functional leadership, deliverable coordinator or project manager capacity. Experience supporting health applications (i.e. ADT, Referral Management, inpatient, Ambulatory, Patient Scheduling, Laboratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, etc.). Experience transforming end user functional requirements into a workflow based software implementation. Specialized depth in software technology, applied across multiple platforms and integrated data models. Knowledge of emerging trends in technology relating to software applications. Experience leading staff and business clients. Self-motivated and ability to work with little supervision. Superior customer relationship skills. Must possess a valid passport and/or documentation allowing entry into the USA and must be able to travel within Alberta.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a healthcare environment. Experience implementing, supporting and upgrading single vendor integrated platforms. Epic systems Cogito certification or proficiency. ITIL and PM training, education, and experience. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and delivery-focused environment.
