Business Analyst
Your Opportunity:
The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting, optimizing and continuously improving enterprise supply chain business processes, data, reporting & ERP systems within Contracting, Procurement & Supply Mgmt (CPSM). The role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, operational teams, technology partners & system vendors to identify business needs, evaluate solutions, implement process and system improvements that enhance operational effectiveness. The position provides expert analysis and support for enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, procurement, contracting, inventory mgmt, warehousing, supplier mgmt, reporting and data governance initiatives. Through business process analysis, technology enablement, data analytics and project participation, the Business Analyst ensures systems and processes align with organizational objectives while maintaining data integrity, compliance and service excellence. Interview Assessment. The interview process includes completing a case study presentation. A business process scenario, including current-state workflows and related challenges, is provided during the interview with expectation to quickly analyze the information, identify key issues and improvement opportunities, and develop a concise PowerPoint presentation outlining their findings and recommendations. Present complex concepts clearly & effectively. Presentation & engagement skills. Proficiency in creating professional and well-structured PowerPoint presentations; Candidates will be assessed on the quality of their analysis, practicality of their proposed solutions, clarity of communication, and overall presentation effectiveness.

As a Business Analyst, you will work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. You will interpret client needs, assess requirements and identify solutions to non-standard issues and requests, provide advice and direction to clients, and contribute to solutions by providing input into strategy, workflows and delivery for assigned projects and programs.

Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent level of education and experience.
Additional Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience supporting ERP supply chain modules. Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, contracting, inventory management, warehousing, or related supply chain functions. Minimum 5 years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain modules or a comparable Tier-1 ERP platform. Minimum 2 years of experience participating in supply chain system implementation or enhancement projects, including at least one full ERP implementation lifecycle. Experience leading business process design, configuration, and optimization initiatives. Experience collaborating with cross-functional project teams. Experience with data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement tools.
Preferred Qualifications:Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP). Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM). Project Management Professional (PMP). ERP-related certifications or equivalent professional designations. Experience with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of ServiceNow. Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
