The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting, optimizing and continuously improving enterprise supply chain business processes, data, reporting & ERP systems within Contracting, Procurement & Supply Mgmt (CPSM). The role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, operational teams, technology partners & system vendors to identify business needs, evaluate solutions, implement process and system improvements that enhance operational effectiveness. The position provides expert analysis and support for enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, procurement, contracting, inventory mgmt, warehousing, supplier mgmt, reporting and data governance initiatives. Through business process analysis, technology enablement, data analytics and project participation, the Business Analyst ensures systems and processes align with organizational objectives while maintaining data integrity, compliance and service excellence. Interview Assessment. The interview process includes completing a case study presentation. A business process scenario, including current-state workflows and related challenges, is provided during the interview with expectation to quickly analyze the information, identify key issues and improvement opportunities, and develop a concise PowerPoint presentation outlining their findings and recommendations.
