A bachelor's degree in computer systems analysis, computer science, computer information systems (CIS), management information systems (MIS), business intelligence in a comparable organization or position. Exposure to primary data collection and survey applications like Redcap. Fluent in English with strong writing for business. Multi-level client engagement and consultation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and planning skills and can manage competing priorities under tight deadlines. Maintain high-quality documentation. Have a strong personal initiative, the ability to deliver high-quality results, and a desire for continuous improvement. Experience with Oracle, MS SQL or other relational databases. Experience building dashboards in applications like Tableau. Experience preparing workflows in applications like Alteryx. Experience and ability to complete Epic training tracks. Experience and understanding of quantitative and qualitative methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
Redcap/Select Survey/Voxco CATI/Acuity (Online Surveying applications). Tableau (Data presentation and analysis dashboard development). Experience with Connect Care and EPIC. Experience using Informatica or Alteryx. Experience with qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
