Administrative Support IV
Your Opportunity:
Fleet Safety is looking for a detail oriented administrative support person with unique and specialized knowledge and skills to provide administrative support for the delivery and maintenance of EMS fleet Safety functions. This position supports regulatory requirements and fleet safety best practices for both the fleet vehicles and drivers in the challenging field of EMS. The position maintains legislated compliance through the monitoring and maintenance of driver and vehicle profiles. The position also monitors the compliance of regulations and insurance requirements for the fleet of vehicles operated by EMS.

Some post-secondary education.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years required and preferred 5 years of experience in all aspects of office administration preferably in a commercial fleet environment performing large scale data entry and file management, and extensive use of Microsoft Office Suite of products.
