Additional Required Qualifications:Diploma in Business administration or related field. Five years of experience in similar department or field that demonstrates progression of responsibility. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Formal training and demonstrated advanced levels of Microsoft Office programs, and SharePoint. Strong track record of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships. Excellent communication skills including formatting, grammar, syntax and proofreading skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and produce high quality work under pressure while ensuring that all deadlines are met. Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:A working knowledge of: Alberta Health Services systems, structure, and processes. Ability to lead change and create innovative solutions for complex and diverse issues. General office policies and procedures including, but not limited to, financial policies, electronic communication requests system, Freedom of Information and Privacy (FOIP), human resources and expense claims systems.
