Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Ability to deal effectively with challenging or sensitive situations and seek guidance from your manager when required. Willingness to enter patient rooms and other care spaces and, if necessary, take protective measures such as wearing a mask, gown and gloves. Ability to follow a written script (procedure) precisely and accurately. Ability to meet the physical demands of the job; walking around and carrying a laptop, clipboard and documents for the majority of a shift, working in a hospital environment, collecting information in awkward locations (e.g. under desks). Ability to travel to various sites, mostly in the local metro area but also occasional provincial travel. Basic computer literacy/technical savviness. Confidence in interacting with clinicians and staff at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in health care and/or IT. Experience with Testing Software and/or experience using a Clinical Information System.
