Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:A minimum of one year of electronic filing experience required. Demonstrated ability to conduct electronic information searches combined with familiarity with computer applications such as Microsoft Office, scanning and database experience. A beginner to intermediate level of Excel knowledge and experience. Experience working with the Iron Mountain process and software. Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail. Understanding of PHA’s Privacy and confidentiality policies and how to apply them appropriately when performing file requests and document management. This position has physical requirements to work in the Edmonton office, including the ability to reach, bend, squat, lift up to 30 pounds, and standing for periods greater than 1 hour. This position has a requirement to work onsite at Seventh Street Plaza on a rotational basis, approximately about once a month.
Preferred Qualifications:Completion of post-secondary training in Records Management or a related field. Working knowledge of FOIP legislation related to records management is a strong asset. Experience working with a large-scale records system preferred.
