Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 1 year experience working with the public in a customer service or support role involving daily contact with clients in the last 3 years. Strong communication skills using verbal and/or written formats. This position requires rotational shifts and may pose a risk for contact with blood and/or other body fluids. You will be required to wear full personal protective equipment (PPE) for the entirety of your shift (up to 8 hours) which includes: facemask, gown, gloves and face shield. For the Royal Alexandra Hospital you must meet the following physical requirements: Exerting up to 50lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs of force frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. forces constantly. Ability to walk up to approximately 20, 000 steps per shift.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a medical office or hospital setting in the last year. Knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
