Required Qualifications:

Successful record of achievement as a leader, including considerable leadership experience at a senior management level. Minimum 5 years. Minimum of graduate degree in health care field, management or business. Demonstrated strategic and critical thinking and planning skills. Demonstrated ability to establish and foster collaborative productive relationships with relevant key external organizations, unions, agencies, government, boards and councils. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with community and staff advisory bodies. Demonstrated ability to create a positive and diverse work environment and culture that is psychologically and culturally safe. Demonstrated strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
