Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in business administration, health care administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required. Minimum of 5 years of IT and business/industry leadership in a management role in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Experience in a health care organization of similar size and complexity to AHS is also necessary. A clear pattern of professional and personal development.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Strong, effective verbal and written communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of the Clinical environment is preferred. Candidates who have demonstrated experience navigating the complexities of the health care environment at all levels will be given preference. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and a keen interest and experience in the application of IT systems and hardware in the healthcare environment.
