A minimum of a degree/diploma/certification in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline and CRSP designation. If CRSP not present, candidate must already be enrolled in an accredited program with commitment to complete within 2 years must be provided. In addition, the incumbent will possess a record of accomplishment in the following areas: Effective communicator both verbal and written. Experience in problem solving, concerns resolution, investigation, and negotiation. Experience coaching and teaching, and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Ability to deal with highly complex or sensitive issues in a professional manner.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Experience with qualitative and quantitative fit testing, inspections, investigation, participating in Joint Workplace health and Safety Committees. Ability to work independently and with a team. Ability to adapt to varied work.
