Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a health related discipline. Current registration with the appropriate professional association. Minimum two years previous experience in an informal or formal health services leadership role, ideally in an acute care environment.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years experience in the past five years working in acute care.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a health related discipline. AIW (Alberta Improvement Way) or equivalent Quality Improvement methodology (Lean, Six Sigma) training. Change management training (Prosci). Effective communicator with strong organizational, influential skills, and ability to manage competing priorities. Demonstrated ability with project management and commitment to working within a team environment. Ability to manage human, financial, and physical resources.
