Bachelor’s degree in nursing with a minimum of 5 years Acute care clinical experience, and at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role. Requires strong management and leadership skills. Requires advanced decision making, negotiation, communication and conflict management, analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent writing skills required with ability to respond to short timelines. Proven current clinical nursing skills in selected areas of practice and a solid understanding of quality and patient safety. Proven ability to develop and lead teams. A strong track record in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders is also necessary. Demonstrated advocacy for patient and family centered care. Experience in an Emergency Department setting is required.

Preferred Qualifications:Connect Care experience, 1-3 yrs. of supervisory experience preferred.
