Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Completion of an accredited Unit Clerk Course or equivalent training program.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Recent Unit Clerk experience (within last two years). Medical Terminology. Proficient computer skills (proficient ability in typing). Good command of English language. Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in emergency department. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate within a team. Demonstrated organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and remain calm under stressful situations. Has participated and/or experience in quality improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
