Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Completion of an accredited Unit Clerk Course or equivalent training program.
Additional Required Qualifications:Over 2 years of recent experience in a similar administrative role, specifically within the last year, in a high-volume ambulatory clinic setting. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Extensive experience with Connect Care informatics system, having held roles such as Schegistrar. Demonstrated strong multi-tasking, conflict resolution, and conflict management skills in dynamic clinical settings. Capable of independently completing tasks with minimal supervision; currently the sole administrative support in a busy clinic environment. Ability to sustain prolonged computer work, maintaining focus and accuracy over extended periods. Holds current Basic Cardiac Life Support – Healthcare Provider (BCLS-HCP) certification.
