Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Completion of an accredited Unit Clerk Course or equivalent training program.
Additional Required Qualifications:Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must possess strong interpersonal skills with a variety of people from various ages and backgrounds. Excellent computer skills are essential. Must possess excellent attention to detail. Ability to function efficiently in a busy environment - to efficiently manage time and prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to process, store, track and retrieve records and information efficiently in accordance with policies and procedures. Ability to maintain office equipment such as printers and copiers. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Good knowledge of Connect Care
Preferred Qualifications:Scheduling and Timekeeping experience required. Knowledge of collective agreements.
