Completion of a related bachelor’s degree or advanced training/certification in Change Management. Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver “change” presentations to multiple levels within an organization. Group presentation and group facilitation skills required. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Visio and Project required. A working knowledge of Adobe Suite products, with a focus on Captivate.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in a PeopleSoft or other Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Strong attention to detail focusing on being consistent, thorough, and accurate. Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Ability to understand and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources or Change Management administration, ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Instructional Design experience is preferred as well as technical writing experience. Prosci certification and knowledge of Lean Methodologies an asset. Should have a working knowledge of Collective Agreements.
