Minimum of three years’ experience with designing and developing training programs and materials, including e-Learning and Instructor-led courses. Working knowledge of e-learning course authoring tools, with preference given to Adobe Captivate experience. Demonstrated ability to deliver training and facilitate learning in both virtual and in-person environments. Experience with facilitating group meetings and delivering engaging and interactive presentations. Ability to understand and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
Additional Required Qualifications:Previous experience with Training and Change Management in organizations of significant size, complexity and diversity. Knowledge of Collective Agreements.
Preferred Qualifications:Completion of a related post-secondary degree in Adult Education, Human Resources, Business Administration or Change Management. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Prior experience with call centre technologies including Genesys and Service Now, and human resources systems (PeopleSoft) is preferred. Technical writing experience an asset.
