Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary diploma in a related field.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Two years current experience with Public Health Calgary Zone with a minimum of 2 years current PHANTIM/MEDITECH CIS experience. Recent experience in providing support and training to users regarding systems application and business process. Intermediate level proficiency with standard office computer application. Advanced proficiency with Excel. Ability to work in collaborative multidisciplinary team environment and build and maintain positive working relationships. Demonstrated expertise in project management and process improvement. Strong understanding of Public Health Calgary Zone programs, operations and their connection to clinical information systems and client information management processes. Demonstration of excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong analytical problem solving and critical thinking skills. Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Ability to establish priorities make independent decisions and respond to changing needs with minimal supervision. Strong time management and organizational skills the ability to meet project deadlines.
