Required Qualifications:

A post-secondary diploma or degree in an Information Technology related discipline or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of technical related support work experience. Minimum 2 years of previous team management experience. Proven understanding of software packaging in a large Windows environment. Enterprise Management solutions such as Ivanti Endpoint Manager / SCCM.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Software Asset Management (SAM) experience / certification. Understanding of enterprise level licensing agreements, e.g. Microsoft / Adobe.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a large enterprise. Working knowledge of current software packaging methods: Flexera AdminStudio; App-V; MSI; MSIX; VMWare Thinapp.
