Required Qualifications:

A baccalaureate degree in Business, majoring in Human Resources or the equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrated by progressively more responsible roles or positions is required. The incumbent will have a minimum of five years of experience in a high volume, high transaction operational human resources environment, or experience within a recruitment team delivering end to end recruitment, ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Progressive experience in Human Resources is required. Recent supervisor experience is required, supervising a large team, within the past 5 years. Significant experience working in a Recruitment Management System and an HR Information System is required.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience in Collective Agreement administration and interpretation are required. Experience working with employee records and electronic document management systems are required. Experience in process improvement is necessary. Ability to function independently in a high demand, multi-tasking environment is required. Ability to present ideas, negotiate, facilitate and problem solve. Excellent customer service skills. Demonstrated research, analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Demonstrated leadership skills. Recent experience working on an HR systems upgrade is required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Significant experience in PeopleSoft and Taleo is preferred. Experience in OnBase or ABBYY is ideal. Experience with supporting and implementing AI Automation is an asset. Change management experience is beneficial.
