Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years progressive benefits experience in an organization of significant size and complexity, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.


Additional Required Qualifications:

As Required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources (or a related discipline), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Chartered Professional Human Resources (CPHR), Group Benefits Associate (GBA), or Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) certification. A combination of experience and education will be considered. PeopleSoft experience is preferred. Expertise in public sector HR administration, project management, business process improvement, or quality assurance.
