Intimate knowledge of latest web and mobile development in responsive design, client-side coding, web service, API integration. Strong knowledge and expertise in development with MS SQL Server, Oracle database, SQLite, PostgreSQL. In-depth knowledge and experience of working with ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, Python, PWA, AMP, REACT, jQuery, NodeJS, RESTful API, Tensorflow JS. Familiar with application development in container environments such as Docker and Kubernetes High degree of working knowledge in application development for Cloud based environments such as Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud. Working knowledge and experience in application development methodologies. Familiarly with ITIL Incident and Change Management Procedures in an enterprise environment. Be able to identify business problems in a corporate and administrative environment and make recommendations for solutions. Works well in a team as well as individually. Demonstrates advanced problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and business relationship skills. Familiar with business process re-engineering.
Additional Required Qualifications:
BA or BS degree in Computer Science (or a related field) or equivalent experience. 7 -10 year of experience in websites, web application development, and support as a full stack developer. Minimum of 3-year experience with management of enterprise Content Management Systems such as SharePoint 2016/2019, OpenText RedDot WCMS. Strong understanding of current web technologies. Working knowledge of Microsoft DevOps, a plus. Experience leading and mentoring group of IT professionals. Experienced working with vendors and contractors on technical issues. Excellent consulting & negotiation skills, and the ability to influence others. Self-motivated and works with little supervision. Excellent relationship and client service skills. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) considered asset. Microsoft Certified Azure Developer considered asset. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification considered asset.
