Supply Coordinator
Your Opportunity:
Reporting to the Manager Operating Room Supply Chain - CPSM Edmonton Zone and working in close collaboration with Operative Services management for RAH DTC OR, OSC OR, UAH OR, STO OR, MAZ OR, the Supply Coordinator is required to perform numerous duties related to customer service and supply chain operations. The role includes but is not limited to: Initiation of orders through iProcurement; Tracking medical surgical supplies/equipment. Tracking business transactions, monitoring inventory levels, managing/tracking repairs/loaners/evaluations. Ensuring supplies are on hand for optimal patient care. Top up cart ordering and maintenance. Stock rotation (FIFO). Responding to requests from other sites in regard to supplies/equipment. Maintenance of consignment inventory. Ensure correct patient costing with regards to supplies, relabeling of vendor products, recall management. Monthly/annual inventory counts, record-keeping and documentation. Please note: Travel between regional sites may be required.

As a Supply Coordinator, you will be required to perform numerous duties related to customer service and supply distribution functions. In this role you will initiate orders, track medical surgical supplies and equipment, track transactions, monitor inventory levels, manage repairs and loaner devices, and ensure that supplies are available for optimum patient care. You will also be responsible for inventory counts, record keeping, and documentation.

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Experience in health care procurement and shipping/receiving processes.
Additional Required Qualifications:Microsoft Excel Level 1. Proven experience with Oracle; WMS; iprocurement.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Epic; Optime reporting.
