Diploma in business or related discipline that includes customer service, logistics, and supply chain management supplemented by formal warehousing and/or supply chain and distribution training. 5+ years’ experience in a computerized warehouse and distribution environment. 3+ years supervisory experience in a unionized environment is essential. Knowledge of computerized supply change management systems (Oracle R12 and Meditech an asset). Computer training and strong skills in Microsoft Office with a high degree of expertise in Excel and data analysis. Leadership and supervisory training, preferably with a proven track record in healthcare. Completed WHMIS, TDG, OHS& power equipment courses. Solid background in healthcare consumables distribution practices and understand products. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels and positions across the organization. Proven commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning. Proven track record within healthcare supply chain management with a demonstrated ability to drive performance.
