Required Qualifications:

Post-Secondary Degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain or a related area. Eight years helping organizations implement and transform their business by leveraging process and systems improvements, preferably in a complex Supply Chain environment. Five years functional experience with the combination of implementation, setup and support of Oracle EBS with a focus on Supply Chain (e.g. iProcurement, Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Warehouse Management & Product Hubs) The ability to effectively facilitate, document, and lead business process review, functional requirements, solution design, development and implementation. Work well in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.

Additional Required Qualifications:

An understanding of EBS data structure, relationships, interfaces and integrations. Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC). Strong knowledge of project management. Excellent Customer Service, team leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Superior analytical & problem-solving skills. Ability to produce documentation that is technically and grammatically correct, concise, clear, accurate, and of an appropriate readability to the intended audience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Business acumen. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good critical thinking and analytical abilities. Oracle E-Business Suite R12+ Certification. SCMA SCMP, APICS CSCP or CPIM Certification. Knowledge of one of AIW, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Lean process development methods.
