Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active or eligible registration and practice permit with the Alberta College of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA).

Additional Required Qualifications:

At least one year of recent (within last 3 years) experience working with adult clients with communication disorders, including stroke, brain injury and Parkinsons’ clients. Experience conducting standardized and non-standardized assessments and treatment for aphasia, motor speech disorders and cognitive communication disorders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Recent (within last 2 years) experience working in an ambulatory adult neuro rehab setting with a collaborative interdisciplinary team. Experience with fluency assessment and treatment. Experience conducting clinical swallow examinations and providing recommendations. Speak Out or LSVT training preferred. Experience with virtual service delivery. Recent (within last 2 years) experience facilitating group treatment sessions, either virtually or in-person.
